Timber-frame homes:
Excellence and sustainability in the same project
We build exclusive timber-frame homes in Altea and the Costa Blanca. Contemporary design, high-quality finishes and an energy efficiency that traditional construction rarely matches.
A timber-frame home doesn’t look like a timber-frame home
When people hear “timber-frame house”, almost no one pictures what BSG builds. There are no exposed beams unless you want them, no log walls, nothing that evokes a mountain cabin. What there is instead is a minimalist, sophisticated home with the same interior and exterior finishes as any luxury stone or concrete construction but with a structure that performs better in terms of insulation, energy efficiency and sustainability.
At Blues Simon Group, we take this construction style to another level: combining personalized design, technology, and respect for the environment. Each project is tailored to the client: layout, orientation, finishes, and integration into the Mediterranean landscape. We don’t work with fixed models.
Advantages
What makes a timber-frame home different
0 1
Low environmental impact
Timber is a natural, renewable material. Homes built with timber have a significantly lower carbon footprint than conventional concrete construction, and help reduce the environmental impact of the building process.
0 2
High energy efficiency
Timber naturally regulates interior temperature. A well-designed timber-frame home can achieve high energy certification levels, with corresponding savings on climate control over the years.
0 3
Indoor air quality
Timber regulates humidity and improves indoor air quality, creating a healthier and more comfortable environment for those living in the home.
0 4
More agile construction process
Timber construction generates less waste and allows for a cleaner, more controlled process, resulting in greater predictability of timelines and a more orderly site.
Turquesa Homes
a real project on the Costa Blanca
Turquesa Homes is a development of 12 independent, sustainable villas that Blues Simon Group is building alongside AlteArt in Altea. With timber structure and cladding, a bioclimatic pergola, photovoltaic system and high-efficiency joinery, it is a project designed to consume as little as possible without giving anything up.
It is concrete proof that sustainable construction and Mediterranean luxury are not opposing concepts.
