In Blues Simon Group we have always had a principle: it is only possible that our homes transmit passion if they have enjoyed such passion in all its construction phases from the very first design on paper to the subsequent phases in which the building is undertaken. For this reason when shaping a team it is important that for the project to succeed all its components share this passion. This is precisely what has happened in one of our latest projects in which we have joined forces with Ramón Gandía Brull (RGB Arquitectos ), the Technical Architect Joaquín Pérez (JJ Arquitectos Técnicos ) and Royal Residence Lifestyle to develop a unique creation.

Embarking all together in this new adventure to create such an exclusive detached villa is the materialization of how mathematics sometimes fails and the sum of 1 + 1 is not always two … sometimes it is much more, as in this case! Because merging so many quality elements taking advantage of all the synergies that are generated is for sure the guarantee of success.

Comfort, enjoyment of the surroundings and elegance. Three principles that merge in a project in which the complicated topography does not make things easy, but nevertheless, thanks to the extensive experience of the team that has been formed the terrain barriers are overcome satisfactorily.

The result is a detached house on three levels that stands out from the rest through its own design reversing the order of location of the rooms. In this way the day rooms, meaning the living-dining room and the kitchen together with the main bedroom, are located on the upper floor, leaving on the ground floor the secondary bedrooms which will still be above the diaphanous semi-basement floor. The objective of this singularity is none other than to take advantage of the awesome views of the sea that the house has, offering the best location to the rooms in which we usually spend the most time. Its large windows provide each of the areas a luminosity that plays with its straight lines.
