Description

Blues Simon Group continues to inspire from the Mediterranean essence for one of its latest creations. Designed by the Architect Fernando Fernández Picaza and located on a wonderful plot of 1,100 square meters, this new detached house combines the traditional design of the Altea bay with the elegant stamp of our buildings.

Facing south in order to make the most of natural light throughout the year, the house stands in a privileged area of Altea. Organically integrated with its surroundings, the house has a gabled roof with rustic tiles and cornices with exposed beams and decorative “pigeon-breasted” profiles.

The property is distributed over three floors, being the main floor who is housing the master bedroom, which includes a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom. It is on this level where comfort and elegance shine at their best, creating the perfect space for enjoyment in both the magnificent kitchen and the large living room. In addition, this main floor also combines the more practical side, including a guest toilet, as well as a laundry room and storage room.

The first floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower floor (basement) is where Fernández Picaza’s design allows a view from the gym of the large swimming pool where one can cool off in the summer, going straight down to it after exercising. Steeped in Mediterranean architecture and with this south orientation, the property takes special care in the use and treatment of natural light, both in its spacious terraces and large windows and in the swimming pool area, where you can enjoy the good weather.

Faithful to our commitment to the surroundings and the environment, we did not want to forget the energy efficiency of the house. To this end, it has a complete installation of photovoltaic panels and a storage system with a capacity of 7.65 kWh. Efficiency does not exclude comfort, and that is why the house has an Aerothermal system that guarantees hot water, underfloor heating and air conditioning that will make the home even more welcoming.

In short, a unique place that combines tradition and avant-garde, with that exclusive identity that Blues Simon Group gives to each of its creations.
