TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR

Narciso Oliva has a degree in Architecture and a master’s degree in Administration and Construction Management, having developed his professional career both in companies in the construction sector and in architecture studios.

With extensive experience in both the residential and retail sectors, he has managed ambitious national and international projects, in which the demand in the management of deadlines and quality standards were maximum.

As Technical Director and given his high specialisation in the execution of luxury villas, his role focuses on the study and personalised assessment of each of the projects developed by Blues Simon Group, coordinating the teams throughout the life cycle of the process, guaranteeing quality standards and carrying out cost control.

His approachable and friendly nature makes him the perfect advisor to clients during the construction process, and he is also responsible for the subsequent monitoring of the final completion and handover of the property.
