Building an exclusive home from scratch is probably the most important and most personal decision you can make in terms of property and investment. At Blues Simon Group we don’t start from a catalogue or predefined models. We start from you: how you live, what you need, how you picture your space when you close your eyes. That initial conversation is the foundation of everything we build afterwards.

We specialise in luxury villa construction in Altea and across the Costa Blanca. We know the terrain, the Mediterranean climate, the local regulations and the premium material suppliers in the area, knowledge accumulated over more than 20 years that makes a real difference in every project. We coordinate every professional involved, architects, engineers, interior designers, landscapers, systems engineers , so that you don’t have to manage anything. Just decide. Just enjoy the process.

THE PROCESS

HOW WE BUILD YOUR VILLA, STEP BY STEP

STEP 1

Listening and feasibility

Everything starts with a no-obligation conversation. We want to understand your idea, your plot if you already have one, your indicative budget and your expectations. From there, we produce a technical and economic feasibility study that gives you a realistic view, not an optimistic or inflated one, of what is possible.

STEP 2

Architectural design and interiors

With feasibility confirmed, our team of architects and interior designers develops the project. We don’t work with templates, every design starts from scratch and adapts to the terrain, solar orientation, the Mediterranean setting and, above all, the way you want to live. Every material, every finish, every space is chosen with you, not for you.

STEP 3

PERMITS AND PLANNING

We handle all permits, licences and administrative procedures. We produce a realistic, not optimistic, timeline with clear milestones and a detailed budget that doesn’t change without your approval. Before construction begins, you know exactly what, when and how much.

STEP 4

Construction

During the build, your single BSG contact supervises every phase and keeps you informed with periodic visual reports, especially relevant if you don’t live in Spain. No decisions are made without consulting you. No surprises appear at the end.

STEP 5

HANDOVER AND DOCUMENTATION

When your villa is complete, we hand it over fully cleaned, inspected and with all systems running. You receive a warranty book and complete user manual for all installations , a document no other builder provides, and one that turns your home into a perfectly documented asset.

STEP 6

ONGOING SUPPORT

Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. For the first year, we’re available to resolve any issues. Many of our clients continue working with us years later for refurbishments, extensions or property maintenance.
