WHAT KIND OF RENOVATION DO YOU NEED?

TYPE 1

Full rehabilitation

We intervene from top to bottom: structure, systems, layout, finishes, joinery, exteriors. The most ambitious type of refurbishment and the one that produces the greatest transformation. Ideal for properties with strong potential that need a complete overhaul to meet current standards of comfort and efficiency.

TYPE 2

High-level partial refurbishment

Kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, home offices or outdoor spaces. When you don’t want to change the whole house but do want to radically transform a specific area. We apply the same materials, the same standards and the same process as a full refurbishment, regardless of how many square metres are involved.

TYPE 3

Technical upgrade and efficiency

Electrical systems, plumbing, climate control, joinery, insulation, home automation, renewable energy. For homes that maintain their aesthetic but need to catch up technically and energetically. An investment that improves comfort, reduces running costs and increases the property’s long-term value.

A refurbishment with Blues Simon Group doesn’t begin with a quote, it begins with listening.
Before calculating anything, our team visits the property, analyses its actual condition, understands what makes that space special and what the client wants to achieve. Only then do we start designing.

We inspect the property in detail: structure, systems, condition of finishes, energy efficiency, layout possibilities. The diagnosis is honest, we tell you what we find, not what you want to hear. From there, we develop a proposal that balances your objectives with what the property can realistically deliver.

Our design team develops the project specifically for your property, we don’t adapt a template, we create from scratch. Materials, finishes, layout, lighting, exteriors: every decision is made with you, with real samples and visits to comparable completed works if needed. Nothing is executed without your approval.

Before any work begins, you have a fully itemised budget and a realistic timeline on the table. No vague line items, no “we’ll see”. If something unexpected emerges during execution -and in a refurbishment it always can- we tell you immediately and agree on the solution before acting.

Blue Arrow Team carries out the work with in-house technicians specialised in high-level refurbishments. Daily supervision, quality control at every stage, and a site manager who knows the full project and is available for any question. If you don’t live in Spain, you receive periodic visual reports that keep you present throughout every step.
