360° partnership
Our commitment doesn’t end when the build does
At Blues Simon Group we support every client before, during and after the project. Because building a home is a long process — and so is our relationship with the people who trust us.
A relationship that goes beyond handover
In the construction industry it is common for the relationship with the company to end the day the paperwork is signed and the keys are handed over. At Blues Simon Group it works differently.
When a project is complete, the client is not left on their own. Our maintenance and services team remains available to address needs that may arise once the home is in use. We don’t make generic promises about what we cover and what we don’t — every situation is different and deserves an honest response. What we can say is that we remain accessible, we respond, and we treat every issue with the same seriousness we brought to building or refurbishing the home.
Many of our clients have been working with us for years. Some call us for occasional maintenance. Others commission a second refurbishment or recommend us to family and friends. That continuity is not accidental — it is the result of having built a relationship of trust that goes beyond any single project.
ZERO PROBLEMS
What our support looks like in practice
During the build
A single point of contact who knows your project inside out. Timely information, shared decisions and direct communication at every stage — without you having to chase answers or coordinate multiple teams.
At handover
We deliver your home inspected, documented and with a user manual for all installations. We know what we have built and we explain it to you — so you know your home as well as we do.
After the project
Our maintenance and services team remains available once the work is done. If something comes up, you have someone to call who knows your home and will give you a genuine answer.
TESTIMONY
Do you need our services?
Some projects have more specific needs. Technical consulting without construction, a sustainability audit, or a project that combines elements of several services. Let’s talk.
