NEW CONSTRUCTION
We build the home you imagine
You have a plot, an idea, a sketch. From there, we create from scratch an exclusive, personalised home that reflects exactly how you want to live. We handle everything: technical and economic feasibility, architectural design, legal procedures, material selection, site supervision, and final handover with the home fully equipped and ready to move into.
Every villa is unique. There is no “standard Blues Simon Group” approach, there is your home, designed and built specifically for you, with the materials and finishes you have chosen, within the timeframe we have agreed.
