Description

This excellent home, in which the latest technologies have been used in the service of construction, is located in one of the most privileged areas of the Altea Mountain Range, next to the Don Cayo Golf Course (Altea).

The house was built in a minimalist style, simple, clean and elegant at the same time. A single system of Micro-cement in different shades was used for both the flooring and the tiling: lead grey for the interiors and exteriors and off-white for the bathroom cladding.

This system was also used a pearl grey tone for the infinity pool, achieving the integration of the pool with the space of the large terrace at the top of the house. At the same time, this area is fully integrated with the large living room and the open kitchen, making this space the absolute protagonist of the same.

Every last detail has been taken care of in the construction: home automation, excellent quality enclosures, state-of-the-art faucets and bathroom fittings, exterior door clad in tropical wood, etc…
