Description
Magnificent and modern single-family home in the privileged location of Altea and for golf lovers, just a few metres from the Altea Golf Club Costa Blanca, in the Altea Mountain Range residential area.
In collaboration with the Anvana Architecture Studio, we developed the construction of a two-storey single-family home with flat roofs and large openings that illuminate and fill each room of the home with life.
The home is designed taking into account its south orientation, giving protagonism in this way when locating a spacious living room with an American style kitchen, together with the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the main floor. The other bedrooms are located on the lower floor, thus creating two very different atmospheres with the best views offered by its spectacular location.
At the avant-garde in installations, we defined an air conditioning system that allows the complete renewal of air, at the same time offering a versatile and functional lighting, taking advantage of the natural light that penetrates in the home through its large Extrual brand windows.
The kitchen takes centre stage in this home. In this case, the developer has chosen a line in line with the beige tones of the flooring. A high quality kitchen, from the German brand Nolte.
Outside, the 31.20 m2 infinity pool takes centre stage, as do the spacious terraces and the landscaped areas, making the house blend into the natural surroundings of this area.
