In Altea La Vella, on a plot with a privileged location, we have developed this spectacular single-family home fully oriented to the sea, taking advantage of its unbeatable location.

It is composed of two main bodies. A ground floor, where the bedrooms, bathrooms and garage are located and the main floor of the home, presided over by an infinity pool located on a large terrace, which together give life to all this space.

Taking care of every last detail in the construction to achieve the highest quality, the latest trends in Porcelanosa porcelain stoneware were used, for both indoors and outdoors. The built-in wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling doors, without handles and with concealed mechanisms, give continuity to the spaces.
