Located in the heart of the Altea Mountain Range, it takes full advantage of the location of the plot and its magnificent sea views.
The design was the work of the Architect Jaime Martín Calleja, who has perfectly combined the white of the façades with the Iroko wood.
The topography of the land made it possible to add a sense of weightlessness to the construction, taking advantage of the great unevenness of the plot. This terrain forced the team to execute special foundations and micro-piling on a large part of the plot, a technique that was not complicated for the Blues Simon Group team that has already been developing this system for many years in other homes.
Integrated into the plot and into the natural environment, its simplicity and elegance make this house a warm and at the same time a very functional home.
