Description

Together with Anvana Architects studio, we present another architectural jewel facing the sea: 300 m2 of fusion of the most avant-garde and elegant style with Arab touches that take us back to the past wrapped in its arches and columns of engraved capitals. This new project of Blues Simon Group integrates perfectly with the bay, combining gray and white tones with its large windows that fill the rooms with light.

The opening to the outside is highlighting throughout the house, with large terraces among which reigns the 17-meter one that surrounds the living area, with an infinity pool that incorporates a central waterfall, through whose marble cladding the water falls until it breaks into foam, against the tesserae that emulate shells and corals from the bottom of the sea.

The Arab spirit is everywhere, both in the landscape design of the Moorish gardens and in the house itself, with a living room dominated by a large central dome, painted in gold tones from which an elegant chandelier hangs. The hardness of the marble and the wood, contrasts with the softness of the carpet and the velvet upholstery of the sofa and the classic-style armchairs that, in turn, offer a counterpoint to the table of straight and curves lines in brass.

As its Owner wanted, the decoration of the house is inspired by the large luxury hotels, creating a classic and eclectic space, with abundant antique pieces and works of art, such as the replicas of Gustav Klimt that the Owner himself has been collecting from all over the world.

Marble, once again, reigns in the kitchen: with an island whose gilding combines perfectly with the taps, as well as with the gray tones of the walls and the two geometric pendant lamps, with bronze finishes. As in the rest of the rooms, the air conditioning is hidden behind the marble grilles, specially designed and cut for this purpose.

The Moorish heritage is also perceived in the connection of the main floor with the extension of a relaxation area, for which access has been created an axis of symmetry which is accessed through an Arab gate, from which an imposing arbor/gazebo can be seen. A luxury home from which to absorb the beautiful Mediterranean sunrises!
