Description
BLUES SIMON GROUP has embarked on a new project in collaboration with the Swedish Architecture Studio Ross Arkitektur & Design. It is a single-family house with a useful area of 355m2 and a built area of 412m2, whose avant-garde design will stand out in the Sierra de Altea.
Thanks to the use of construction techniques such as EPS formwork (known as SmartBlock), curved lines predominate in the house, adapting much better to the topography of this plot with views of the sea and the mountains. Is a three-story house, being the upper floor- accessible from the inside by stairs or elevator (ARTICO) and also from the outside staircase – where are located the main rooms of the house.
Thus, it is on this floor where next to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a generous dressing room is the day area, completely open-plan, connecting the spacious living room with the kitchen. This floor is completed with a TV room and laundry area.
On the cover floor, the protagonist is a family-size Jacuzzi, adjacent to the solarium, which can be accessed by the external staircase, although it also communicates with the kitchen by means of a dumbwaiter /safety food-elevator system. On the ground floor, where the garage with direct entrance to the house is located, there is a gym and two double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and access to the terrace, where the large infinity pool and the barbecue area stand out.
As has been the norm in our buildings, avant-garde technology for environmental care prevails, with photovoltaic panels and underfloor heating controlled with home automation. Moreover, to this is added, glazed surfaces of up to 18 m2 solved with aluminum carpentry (OTIIMA), with safety glass that maximizes thermal and acoustic efficiency, counting with exceptional union polyamides and a special multiple locking system.
Therefore the shortest distance between exclusivity, comfort and respect for the environment is not a straight line, but it is this curve of elegance with the BLUES SIMON GROUP seal.
