Description
Beauty does not have to be complex and this fact is demonstrated by one of the latest Blues Simon Group projects, in collaboration with the promoter Fagstad Holding AS. With the design of the Jaime Martín Calleja architecture studio, this single-family house combines structural simplicity with the beauty of its lines in a dreamlike environment.
Located on a plot of about 1,400 m2 and with wonderful views, the flat-roofed house that gives it an avant-garde air is covered with white-painted fine cement screeded rendering, to which some volumetric IROKO wooden details have been incorporated, contrasting with the white main volume.
This is a two-story house – plus a 60 m2 basement – where the ground floor of 245 m2, is destined to the main floor. Here there are located the living room, the kitchen-dining room and two double bedrooms in which natural light floods the rooms. The first floor, which is reached by the staircase from the lower floor, households four bedrooms en-suite that are spread over more than 157 m2 of surface, ensuring comfort and privacy in equal measure. The cladding is made of porcelain, in a neutral color on which the decorative elements stand out.
Inside the house, comfort is guaranteed thanks to the Aerotermia air conditioning system and heat recovery systems, which provide comprehensive air renewal, maximizing efficiency. Loyal to our commitment to the environment, the building has the latest energy efficiency technologies, with an installation of photovoltaic panels. Along the same lines, special care has been taken of both acoustic and thermal insulation, with an aluminum exterior enclosure with a thermal break from the Technal brand and special glazing on each pane.
The large lift-up opening doors bond the interior space with the exterior space when they open, leaving a large plot in front of them, with space to park up to four vehicles. Also stands out the private pool of more than 37 m2, where you can combat hot days and enjoy summer evenings.
