Description
Project for the extension and complete renovation of a home in which, by changing the functional layout of the home, we created a completely new upper floor, housing an office and two more bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms and open terraces.
With the premise of adapting to the customer’s needs, the ground floor is the day area, keeping the kitchen (top of the range SANTOS brand) in its original place and considerably extending the living area. The purpose of this is that it can be used as a dining room, in which the TRIM-LINE gas fireplace, completely integrated into the interior wall, clad with natural stone, takes centre stage.
The bedrooms on this floor have been completely transformed, so that one of them has been enlarged, while the other two have been used to create a spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom (with GEBERIT sanitary ware and GROHE faucets), wellness area with Jacuzzi and INBEKA Finnish sauna. The heating and air conditioning are provided by top-of-the-range VIESSMANN and MITSUBISHI equipment.
To connect both floors, the old dining room has been turned into an entrance area from where the interior staircase with a glass railing without a profile that connects both levels starts. The floors in all of the bedrooms have been made with laminate flooring, while the rest is dominated by large-format paving made by PORCELANOSA. The interior carpentry is made to measure with reinforced material, from floor to ceiling and concealed hinges.
The exterior on both floors has partially covered pergolas and in the southern part of the plot, a saline chlorination swimming pool with a chill-out area with Ibizan candles and indirect lighting with LED strips.
