Description
Jávea is a magnificent area where greenery and tranquillity reign. It is here that this comprehensive (turnkey) project was developed, which includes the development and construction of the home, as well as of its surrounding urbanisation.
Facing south, all of the home’s needs were catered for in the construction of the property. The result is a single-storey home (occupying 320 m2), with a garage, an American-style kitchen next to the dining room and living room, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and several terraces.
One of the promoter’s premises was that curves should predominate and that it should have overhangs. Bearing in mind that a rectangular space offers many more possibilities for remodelling than a space with curved lines, we proposed the following: a modern home, with rectangular nuances combined with pergolas and curved overhangs, forming a unitary and coherent element.
The indoor layout contemplates the separation of the bedroom area from the kitchen, the living-dining room and the garage. All this is possible thanks to a very spacious entrance hall, of about 23 m2, very well lit through the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
The access to the home is an essential element. Following the Feng Shui philosophy, it has a clean and wide entrance, with abundant vegetation. Its straight path allows the main door of the house to be seen from the very first moment, as well as part of the private area behind it, thanks to large glass windows.
Outside, the swimming pool has been placed behind the private area, linking it to the bedrooms, the entrance hall and the living-dining room area. The terrace with barbecue is right next to the kitchen and is easily accessed from the same. Surrounding the main entrance are several gardens with gravel and natural grass.
