DIRECTOR OF THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Narciso Oliva has a diploma in Architecture and a master’s degree in Administration and Construction Management, having developed his professional career both in companies in the Construction sector and in Architecture Studios.

With extensive experience in both the residential and retail sectors, he has managed ambitious national and international projects, in which the demand for deadline management and quality standards were the highest.

As Technical Director and given his high specialization in the execution of luxury villas, his role is focused on the personalized study and evaluation of each of the projects developed by Blues Simon Group, coordinating the teams throughout the entire life cycle of the process, guaranteeing quality standards and controlling costs.

His close and affable character makes him the perfect advisor to our Clients during the construction process, carrying out the subsequent monitoring of the set-up and delivery of the finished home.
