Our management service is one of the most important in the construction process. Years of experience and constant research have resulted in a simple but effective management methodology, based on the organisation and structuring of each work phase, thus optimising time, without losing sight of our client’s needs at all times.

BSG methodology for construction project management

We receive the information from the Client or DF, the Project Manager (PM) will be in charge of studying and analysing every detail of the project, together with the Client, in order to draw up the budget.

The Project Manager presents the Client with catalogues, physical samples of the materials and products to be used, organises visits to different warehouses and factories and proposes technical alternatives, so that the Client can choose what best suits his needs.

Our finished homes are the best show room, the client visits them so that he can see the reality of what we do and how we do it.

Once the proposal has been accepted and the collaboration formalised, the PM will prepare a work and financial schedule, which will be updated and reviewed on a monthly basis.

Each of our sites has a Site Manager, who will oversee all site activity, control the supply of materials and production, informing the PM of every detail on a daily basis.

Constant communication between the parties. On a weekly basis, the Project Manager, together with the DF, hold site meetings, so that both parties are aware of the progress, details, etc… which will then be converted into a Site Report, which is sent to all participants and to the client.

At all times the Client has access to our server where we collect all the necessary information for both parties. In this way we have total transparency with him and real-time communication.

For our own business growth and improvements of the whole team, depending on the development phases of the project, our Clients receive satisfaction surveys, so that they can evaluate us and with their help continue to grow.

At the end of the project, we ask our Clients to share with us the experience they have had with our team during the development of their projects.

Once the property has been delivered, the Client has one week to carefully review the entire project, checking all the installations together with the PM. In the event that there are details to be solved, they will be carried out within approximately ten working days.

Finally, the Client enjoys one year of free comprehensive maintenance of the property, managed by our Blue Arrow Team, professionals trained in the latest technologies, who ensure that the property is always ready to be enjoyed by the client at any time of the year.

In addition, once the project has been completed, the client is given a book of guarantees and a user manual for all the machinery and installations in the house, so that they can know how to use each one of them at any time.
