A window to the sea, a detached house that rises on a plot of 1,000 m2 from which you can spot /sighting the Mediterranean coastline. Located in Jávea (Alicante), the project has been concluded this April 2018, after that last year all the works have been developed to take care of even the smallest detail, giving as a result a unique house.
Even from the entrance is perceived the mime for each of the elements that make this two-storey house so special. The outside garden welcomes us inviting us to move towards the interior of the residence, behind those masonry walls with “Blanco-Gata” stone, along the gray gravel alley and “Crema Levante” bus-hammering stone. Entering by car towards the parking’s perimeter, you leave behind the galvanized pipe fence, or afoot, once crossing the pedestrian door, you can perceive in each detail the quality “Blues Simon Group”.
The house combines the class of the interior flooring and terraces Saloni Majestic beige porcelain stoneware, with the warmth of the wood, both on the upper floor hallway and on the skirting boards, on the wooden doors and white lacquered cabinets, in the beech rungs painted walnut color, or the matching oak panels.
The bathrooms, covered with ceramics from Saloni and Sicis, distill elegance with their suspended toilets, their built-in glass partitions and the “Tres” taps of refined and stylized lines.
It is also synonymous of comfort with radiant floor, solar collector Solcraft for hot water and air conditioning with guarantee of Mitsubishi Electric aerothermia. A house endowed with osmosis and decalcifier equipment for the enjoyment of water in a kitchen “dressed” with Santos furniture and equipped with Bosch home-appliances.
Summarizing, it is a unique home, from whose glass terrace, we will enjoy the view of its pool of 12×3 meters on one side and, there in the background, the light of the Mediterranean Sea which bathes this work with the label of Blues Simon Group.
